I’m producing huge amount of jewelry line about 20,000 pieces from 20 designs. I would like this line to look big, luxury but light. Can you make it as thin as possible but still producible in the production factory? |
Answer
Yes definitely, the machine can take as thin as 0.7 mm or even less (but if less the jeweler might having problem working on some certain area) from the master 0.7 mm can be thinner down to 0.5 after filing and polishing.

I love designing. I have designed my clothes for the past 10 years. I’m would like to design a line of jewelry for my brand but I have completely no idea about jewelry production at all would you help me produce the files following my sketches but still producible in jewelry factory. And do you have factory to produce jewelry? |
Answer
Yes that would be no problem at all. You can sketch any design according to your idea. As long as you have seen some pieces of jewelry from magazines and have the price in mind. We can always discuss about the production along the way. And we can produce your design with our factory in very good qualities and reasonable prices.

We have the solution for you. First of all ask yourself how many percent you would like to bring down? Our specialist will work with the computerize calculation to calculate how many diamonds you actually need to take out. And as soon as we got an answer we can always spread diamonds around and playing with the look without sacrificing the big picture of the whole design.
